Following in the tradition of Tipitina’s original Uptown nightclub, Tipitina’s French Quarter opened in the spring of 1998 to rave reviews from tourists and locals alike. Tipitina’s French Quarter is a private events facility available seven days a week for any type of party or occasion.

The ground floor is appointed in a funky but intriguing mode, befitting New Orleans’ preeminent live music club. The room features a spacious stage with state-of-the-art sound and light systems.

The second floor is quintessential French Quarter: hardwood floors with tall windows, from which you may catch a glimpse of a riverboat on the Mississippi River. Ceiling fans, portable hardwood bars and elegantly distressed plaster walls complete the picture.

Tipitina’s French Quarter facility has a full kitchen with walk-in refrigeration, designed to be caterer-friendly. The club is located in the historic French Quarter, within easy walking distance of the major downtown hotels, the Ernest M. Morial Convention Center, the Aquarium of the Americas, and Harrah’s Casino.
